Iced Mint Coffee
1/2 cup coffee
1/8 tsp mint extract
1 TBS pure cream
Ice cubes
Fresh mint sprif, for garnish
Mix togehter the coffee, mint, and cream. Pour over ice. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig
serves one
 
Iced Cafe au Lait
Ice cubes
2/3 cup coffee
1/2 cup milk
Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the coffee. Steam the milk and pour into the glass, leaving a layer of foam on top
serves one
 
Iced almond coffee
4 cups coffee
4 TBS sweetened condensed milk
2 TBS sugar
1 tsp almond extract
Ice cubes
1 cup pure cream whipped
sliced almond for garnish
Mix the coffee, half-and-half, condensed milk, sugar, and almond in a jug. Pour over ice in 4 glasses or mugs. Top each portion with whipped cream and garnish with a few slices of almond
serves four
 

Honey iced coffee
Honey to taste
1 cup freshly brewed coffee
Ice cubes
whipped cream, ground cinnamon and nutmeg
Stir the honey into the coffe to taste. Add ice and top with whipped cream, if desired. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg

Iced maple coffee
3 TBS maple syrup
1 cup freshly brewed coffee
ice cubes
1/4 cup pure cream, whipped
Stir the maple syrup into the coffee and pour over ice. Top with whipped cream
serves one
 
Iced coffee bitters
1/2 tsp bitters
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 TBS  sugar
4 1/2 cups coffee
Ice cubes, whipped cream
Mix the bitters, vanilla, and sugar together with 2 TBS ofthe coffee until the mixture is a thick syrup. Divide the coffee into six sups. Add 2 1/2 tsp of this mixture to every cup of coffee. Serve over ice. Top with whipped cream or lightly pour 2 TBS half-and-half onto the top of each drink, if desired.
