Bailey's Creme de Cacao Coffee
1 1/2 TBS Bailey's Original Irish Cream
1 1/2 TBS creme de cacao
1/4 tsp Frangelico
3/4 cup coffee
1/4 cup pure cream whipped
ground cinnamon
Combine the Bailey's, creme de cacao, and Frangelico in a glass and add the coffee. Top with whipped cream and a dash
of cinnamon.

Cafe Brulot
1 1/2 TBS Brandy or cognac
1 tsp white or brown sugar
2 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 strip orange peel and 1 strip lemon peel
3/4 cup coffee
1 tsp Cointreau or Grand Marnier
Place all the ingredients except the coffee and Cointreau in a saucepan and warm over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Add the coffee and stir into the mixture. Strain into a cup. Add the Cointreau

2 TBS Kahlua
2 TBS creme de menthe
3/4 cup coffee
1/4 cup pure cream, whipped
sweet chocolate powder
Mix the Kahluaand creme de menthe in a glass. Add the coffee and top with whipped cream and chocolate powder
