Spice Iced Coffee
1 1/2 cups freshly brewed coffee
1 1/2 TBS sugar
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
1/8 tsp ground allspice
Ice cubes and whipped cream
Place all the ingredients except ice and whipped cream in a saucepan and warm over low heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves and pour over ice. Top with whipped dream

Spiced iced coffee 2
2 cinnamon sticks
4 cloves
1/4 tsp allpspice
1/4 tsp cardamon stick
4 cups freshly brewed coffee
Ice cubes, Milk (optional) brown sugar (optional)
Place the cinnamon stick, cloves, allspice and cardamon seeds at the bottom of a container, an pour coffee over the spices. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes. Strain into a container an store in the refrigerator.
When ready to serve, pour over ices cubes and add milk and brown sugar to tastes
serves four to six
 
Iced cardamon Coffee
1/2 tsp carsamon seeds
2 cups water
4 TBS coffee ground
Ice cubes, sugar to taste
Lemon or pineapple slices, or marschino cherries for garnish
Boil the cardamon seeds in the water for about 5 minutes. Strain and use this water to brew your coffee. Pour the coffe over ice and sweeten with sugar to taste. Garnish with slices of lemon or pineapple or with maraschino cherries.
