CHOCOLATE CREAM COFFEE
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 TBS chocolate syrup
1 cup coffee
ground cinnamon
sweetened chocolate powder
grated orange peel
Whip all but 1 TBS of the crea. Stir the reserved TBS of cream and the chocolate syrup in a saucepan over low heat until mixed together. Add the coffee gradually, stirring the micture as you do so. Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream and cinnamon, chocolate poder and grated orange peel

COFFEE GROG
2 TBS butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp ground allspce
1/8 tsb ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 1/2 cups pure cream
12 small strips of orange peel
12 small strips of lemon peel
9 cups coffee
1 1/2 tsp rum extract (optional)
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the brown sugar, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, and allow the mixture to cool. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
To serve, combine in each cup 1 tsp of the buttermixture, 2 TBS cream, 1 strip orange peel, 1 strip lemon peel. Add enough coffe to top up and stir. You can also add 1/8 tsp rum extract to each cup of grod, if desired
This recipe serves 12 people
 

 CAFE VANILLA
1/4 vanilla bean
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp brown sugar
3/4 cup coffee
ground cinnamon or nutmeg
Slice the vanilla bean lenghtwise and place it with the milk and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat, cover , and let stand for a few minutes. Take out the vanilla bean and blend the milk mixture in a blender for about 30 seconds, or until it becomes frothy. Add the hot coffee and top with cinnamon or nutmeg.

CHOCOLATE VANILLA COFFEE
1 TBS chocolate syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup coffee
1/4 cup pure whipped cream
Stir the chocolate syrup and vanilla into the hot coffee. Top with whipped cream

TURKISH COFFEE
1 TBS extremely fine ground or powdered coffee
1/2 to 2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup cold water
In a jezve, stir all the ingredients together. Place over low heat and slowly bring this mixture to a boil (do not stir) When it reaches the boiling point, remove from the heat and pour into a demitasse. Let the grounds settle before drinking, or add a tiny splash of cold water to help settle the grounds
