Of all the flower foods, that have come down through the ages, surely the most delicious and most evocative are the fragrant rose petals. Rosehips were once part of our autumn harvests. Filled with Vitamin C, the foods made from heps are not only delicious but good for you. Rose petals, too, have long been valued for their antiseptic and astringent properties, as well as for their seewtness of fragrance.
